body and the mind are always finding new ways to heal and grow. I have been fascinated by dogs since childhood &#8211; their unconditional love and ability to live in the moment have always inspired me.<\/p><p>This love for animals and my dedication to practicing yoga have led me to combine animal welfare and yoga. Because I believe in both the healing that comes from a regular yoga practice and the healing that comes from connecting with dogs. My life is about mindfulness, inner balance and joy. Which we find in the simple things &#8211; be it in a deep yoga pose or in the gaze of a dog who meets us with his faithful soul.<\/p><p>My yoga trainings in India, Munich and Corfu have not only made me a passionate yoga teacher, but the experiences I have had on my travels have shaped me to a great extent and made me the person I am today. Her wonderful warm nature and her endless passion for animal welfare makes her a very valuable member of our team. She is a dedicated and qualified yoga teacher who combines her passion for yoga with a deep love for animals.
