Puppy Yoga Retreat
Puppy Yoga - We do it the right way!
We are very proud to open the world’s first Puppy Yoga Retreat in Cyprus and to have developed a unique concept that not only serves animal welfare, but also gives dog lovers the opportunity to find their favorite dog at the one-week retreat.
Unlike all other providers, our puppies do not come from breeders, but have been handed over to various animal welfare organizations. There they are first tested for various diseases and after the necessary vaccinations they are ready for a new family.

We at Puppy Yoga Retreat have made it our goal to dispel the widespread myth that dogs from animal shelters are generally traumatized, unpredictable or aggressive. The puppies we have chosen for our retreat are all trusting, playful and cuddly. Even though many of them did not have a good start in life, it is always admirable and inspiring to see how initially shy and reserved dogs shed their fear and regain their zest for life. Through constant contact with other dogs and our visitors at the retreat, they are well socialized and accustomed to different stimuli and noises. A small puppy is always work and needs time for a good upbringing, but we are convinced that we are already giving the puppies a good foundation and a lot of love along the way.
The correct handling and safety of the dogs is very important to us, which is why we only hold the yoga class with the puppies in the evening during the calm and relaxed yin yoga and meditation classes. Our morning yoga classes, which are more dynamic and fast-paced, will be held without the puppies to protect the dogs from injury.
However, this will not limit your enjoyment of the puppies in any way, as you can go into the beautiful and lovingly furnished enclosure at any time during the day and play with the puppies, walk them or simply watch them romp around in the lounge area with a cup of coffee. The enclosure is a lovely, relaxing oasis where you can also read a book or indulge in journaling.

If you are thinking of adopting a dog, unlike at a breeder, you have the opportunity to get to know the dogs for a whole week and can see which dog grows on you and suits you best. And who knows, maybe the dog will choose you. In any case, you will be able to get a good impression of what living together with your new four-legged friend could be like. In any case, we are so convinced of our wonderful dogs that we are certain that they are in no way inferior to the puppies from the breeder.
You can find more information about the adoption process in our FAQs.
