Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Puppy Yoga Retreat Ltd, Cyprus (“the Organiser”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 23 August 2026 and ends on 2 September 2026 at 23:59 Cyprus time (EEST).

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on 6 September 2026.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Employees, volunteers and persons directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to participate in the giveaway under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete the entry requirements stated in the official Instagram giveaway post:

• Follow all participating Instagram accounts
• Like the official giveaway post
• Tag the required number of friends in the comments
• Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag the participating accounts

Only entries submitted during the giveaway period will be eligible.

Participants must use genuine Instagram accounts. Fake, automated, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated entries may be excluded.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive:

A 3-night stay for two people at Puppy Yoga Retreat in Peyia, Cyprus, in a Sea View Double Room.

The stay includes accommodation for two people for three nights as well as the retreat activities and services specified in the official giveaway announcement.

Flights and transportation to and from Cyprus are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Personal expenses, travel insurance and any other costs not specifically stated as being included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Booking & Availability

The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to availability at Puppy Yoga Retreat.

Specific dates cannot be guaranteed. The winner and Puppy Yoga Retreat will agree on suitable available dates following the announcement of the winner.

The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging their own travel to Cyprus and for ensuring that they have all required passports, visas and other travel documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced on 6 September 2026 through the official Puppy Yoga Retreat Instagram account and will be contacted directly.

The winner will only be contacted through the official Puppy Yoga Retreat Instagram account.

We will never request payment, bank details or credit card information in order to claim the prize.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, does not meet the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange the stay.

9. Changes or Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any material changes will be communicated through the official Puppy Yoga Retreat channels.

10. Personal Data

Any personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will only be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable EU and Cyprus data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the giveaway or fulfilment of the prize.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to Puppy Yoga Retreat Ltd and not to Instagram.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser is not responsible for travel disruption, cancelled or delayed flights, inability to travel, loss of travel documents or other circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and the giveaway are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to participants in their country of residence.
