Terms and Condition

1. Booking & Payment

By booking a retreat or event, a binding agreement is established between the participant and Puppy Yoga Retreat Ltd.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due within 7 days after booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days before the retreat starts.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or as specified in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before the retreat: Full refund minus the deposit.

• 29 to 14 days before the retreat: 50% of the total amount will be retained.

• 13 days or less before the retreat or in case of no-show: No refund.

In exceptional cases, rebooking may be possible upon request, but cannot be guaranteed.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

Puppy Yoga Retreat Ltd reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, natural disasters, insufficient number of participants).
In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded. No further claims can be made.

4. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for health risks related to yoga or the stay in general.
We are also not liable for personal belongings or for any damages caused by contact with animals.

5. Health & Animals

Our retreats involve interaction with rescued puppies. Please inform us in advance about any allergies, fears, or medical conditions.
Participation in yoga or dog-related activities requires that you are physically and mentally able to take part responsibly.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data will only be used for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Accommodation

Accommodation – if booked – is provided in our retreat villa in shared double rooms or single rooms (subject to availability and prior arrangement).
We will do our best to accommodate room preferences, but cannot guarantee specific requests.

8. Retreat Schedule & Changes

The daily schedule may be adjusted due to organizational reasons or weather conditions. Activities such as yoga sessions, dog interactions, or shared meals may vary in order.
The overall quality and scope of the retreat will remain unaffected.

9. Minimum Age

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join retreats or events. Exceptions (e.g. family-friendly events) must be arranged in advance.

10. Photo & Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat to capture the special atmosphere and promote our project.
By participating, you agree that images of you may be used on our website, social media, or for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance – we fully respect your wishes.
